How To Make Potbelly Turkey Club Sandwich Recipe
A classic deli sandwich stacked with turkey, bacon, veggies, and sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 lb of sliced turkey breast
- 8 slices of cooked bacon
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup of sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup of sliced tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Lay out 8 slices of bread and spread mayonnaise on each slice.

On 4 of the slices of bread, add turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, cucumber, and tomato.

Mix Dijon mustard and honey together and spread on the remaining 4 slices of bread.

Place the mustard and honey coated bread on top of the sandwich fillings to create a sandwich.

Butter the outside of each sandwich.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and place the sandwiches in the skillet to cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Transfer to preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve hot with chips or French fries.
