How To Make Pollo Loco Tostadas
A delicious Mexican dish made with crispy tostadas topped with shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and salsa.

Ingredients
- 4 tostadas
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 avocados, diced
- ½ cup salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and cook the tostadas until crispy.

In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with salt and pepper.

Place a spoonful of the shredded chicken on each tostada.

Add the chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced avocado on top of the chicken.

Drizzle salsa over the tostadas.
