Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Unroll pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish.

Layer bacon and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust.

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.

Pour mixture over bacon and cheese.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
