How To Make Kraft Cheesecake Recipe
Creamy, rich and smooth cheesecake made with Kraft cream cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages Kraft cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in sour cream.

Pour mixture over crust.

Bake for 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake. Cool before removing rim and refrigerate cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving.
