Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  3. Add chicken strips and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, Kraft Parmesan Cheese, salt and pepper.

  6. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until sauce thickens.

  7. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce.

  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
