How To Make Jersey Mike’s Chicken Parmesan Sub
A love affair between chicken, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and crusty bread rolls.

Ingredients
- 4 crusty bread rolls
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut each chicken breast in half and pound them to an even thickness.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off the excess.

Dip the chicken in beaten eggs and coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Fry each chicken breast until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side.

Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and top them with marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, and grated parmesan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Split the bread rolls and place a chicken breast on each one.
