How To Make Jersey Mike’s BLT Sub

A classic sub sandwich filled with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 sub rolls
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups of lettuce, chopped
  • 4 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Place the bacon on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

  3. Slice the sub rolls in half and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each side.

  4. Layer the lettuce, tomato, and bacon on one half of the sub roll.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Top with the other half of the sub roll and serve.
