How To Make Jersey Mike’s Baja Chicken Wrap

A fresh and flavorful wrap packed with chicken, veggies and avocado.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat tortillas in a dry pan until warm.

  2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and cook chicken until browned.

  3. Combine avocado, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.

  4. Assemble wrap by adding chicken, veggie mix and shredded cheese on top of tortilla. Roll tightly and slice to serve.
