Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and garlic powder.

In another bowl, pour milk.

Dip chicken pieces in milk, then coat in flour mixture.

In a deep frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.

In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add hot sauce, honey, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
