Ingredients
- 4 6-oz. ahi tuna steaks
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to season
- 2 green onions, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a skillet over high heat.

Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper, then sear each side for 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.

Plate tuna steaks and pour soy sauce mixture over them.
