Ingredients
- 16 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Using a small knife, make a slit in the back of each shrimp and remove the vein.

Fill the slit with the crabmeat mixture and arrange the stuffed shrimp in a baking dish.

Sprinkle bread crumbs over the shrimp and bake for 20-25 minutes or until shrimp are pink and stuffing is heated through.
