How To Make Fisherman’s Lobster Roll

A classic New England sandwich that bursts with juicy chunks of succulent lobster meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs cooked lobster meat, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 brioche hotdog rolls
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Brush the insides of the hotdog rolls with melted butter and toast in the skillet until golden and crispy.

  3. Divide the lobster mixture evenly among the toasted brioche rolls. Serve immediately.
