How To Make Richard Blais’s Lobster Roll Recipe
Lobster meat tossed in a creamy dressing served on a buttered and toasted roll.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 split-top hot dog buns
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, and parsley.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, and then refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to broil.

Brush the inside of each hot dog bun with melted butter, and then place on a baking sheet.

Broil the buns until they are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

Fill each bun with the chilled lobster salad and serve immediately.
