How To Make Fisherman s Fish Tacos Recipe
A fresh and flavorful fish taco recipe that will remind you of beach days and sunshine.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish (halibut, cod, or tilapia)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Combine olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub over fish.

Grill fish for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

While fish is cooking, mash avocado in a small bowl. Squeeze lime juice over it and season with salt and pepper.

Warm the tortillas on the grill.

Assemble tacos: spread avocado mixture onto each tortilla, top with grilled fish, a dollop of Greek yogurt, cilantro, and shredded cabbage.
