Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish (halibut, cod, or tilapia)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Combine olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub over fish.

  3. Grill fish for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  4. While fish is cooking, mash avocado in a small bowl. Squeeze lime juice over it and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Warm the tortillas on the grill.

  6. Assemble tacos: spread avocado mixture onto each tortilla, top with grilled fish, a dollop of Greek yogurt, cilantro, and shredded cabbage.
