How To Make Fisherman s Clam Bake Recipe

A delicious seafood dish with clams, shrimp, corn, and potatoes cooked in a seasoned broth.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of little neck clams
  • 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 ears of corn, shucked and cut in half
  • 1 lb of baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 lemon, sliced into wedges
  • 1 cup of water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter and add Old Bay seasoning.

  2. Add clams, shrimp, corn, and potatoes to the pot.

  3. Add water and cover with a lid, cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until clams open up.

  4. Discard any clams that do not open.

  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
