Ingredients

  • 1 12-inch pre-made flatbread crust
  • 1/2 cup of sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of sliced cremini mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Pre-bake the flatbread crust for 3-5 minutes until lightly golden.

  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the mushrooms until tender.

  4. Spread the sautéed mushrooms over the flatbread crust.

  5. Sprinkle the goat cheese, mozzarella cheese, and fresh thyme over the mushrooms.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
