How To Make Chocolate Hazelnut Tart
A rich and decadent chocolate hazelnut tart served with a crispy crust.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of hazelnut flour
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 6 oz of bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup of hazelnuts, chopped
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix together hazelnut flour, cocoa powder, and sugar. Add melted butter and mix until well combined. Press mixture onto the bottom and sides of a 9-inch tart pan.

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is set. Let it cool.

In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until simmering. Remove from heat and add in chopped bittersweet chocolate. Mix until chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled tart crust. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top and bake for 15-20 minutes until the filling is set.

Let the tart cool completely before slicing and serving.
