  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic cloves, salt, and pepper.

  2. Pour the marinade over salmon fillets and let marinate for 15 minutes.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove salmon from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.

  5. Grill the salmon fillets for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
