Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails, cleaned and split
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant for about 1 minute.

  4. Remove from heat, then add lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

  5. Place lobster tails onto a baking sheet and brush each tail with the garlic butter mixture.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the lobster meat turns opaque and is cooked through.

  7. Brush the lobster tails with more garlic butter mixture halfway through cooking.

  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
