How To Make Fisherman’s Lemon Garlic Butter Lobster Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails, cleaned and split
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant for about 1 minute.

Remove from heat, then add lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Place lobster tails onto a baking sheet and brush each tail with the garlic butter mixture.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the lobster meat turns opaque and is cooked through.

Brush the lobster tails with more garlic butter mixture halfway through cooking.
