Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  5. In a bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, apple cider, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic.

  6. Pour the mixture over chicken in the skillet.

  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the glaze is caramelized.

  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
