How To Make Fiddleheads Restaurant’s Tiramisu Recipe
A classic Italian dessert with layers of ladyfinger biscuits dipped in coffee and mascarpone cream, topped with cocoa powder.

Ingredients
- 200g mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 16 ladyfinger biscuits
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese, sugar, and heavy cream until creamy.

Dip ladyfingers in cooled coffee and layer them at the bottom of the serving dish.

Spread a third of the mascarpone mixture on top of the biscuits.

Repeat layering of biscuits and mascarpone.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Dust cocoa powder on top before serving.
