Ingredients

  • 200g mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 16 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese, sugar, and heavy cream until creamy.

  2. Dip ladyfingers in cooled coffee and layer them at the bottom of the serving dish.

  3. Spread a third of the mascarpone mixture on top of the biscuits.

  4. Repeat layering of biscuits and mascarpone.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  6. Dust cocoa powder on top before serving.
