How To Make Pan-Seared Scallops Recipe

Ingredients
- 16 large sea scallops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions

Rinse scallops and pat dry with paper towels.

Season both sides of scallops with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add scallops to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
