- 1 lb pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper on all sides. Place in a baking dish.
