How To Make Lobster Bisque
A rich and creamy soup with chunks of lobster meat.

Ingredients
- 2 1 1/2 lb lobster
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Boil lobsters for 10 minutes, then remove meat and set aside.

Melt butter in a pot and sauté onion, carrots, and garlic.

Add flour and cook for 2 minutes.

Add chicken stock, cream, and paprika. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes.

Add lobster meat and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Puree soup in a blender and serve hot.
