  • 4 salmon fillets, skin on
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Season the salmon fillets with the marinade mixture.

  4. Place the skin side of the salmon fillets down on the grill and grill for 5 minutes.

  5. Flip the salmon fillets and grill for an additional 5 minutes or until fully cooked.

  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
