Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brownies, cut into small pieces
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and salt over medium heat. Stir until sugar has dissolved.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool.

Add brownie pieces to the cooled mixture and pour into an ice cream maker.

Churn the mixture according to manufacturer’s instructions, about 20-25 minutes, until the mixture is thick and creamy.
