- For the Vinaigrette:
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, roasted chicken, bacon, chopped apples, dried cranberries, and bleu cheese.

In a small jar, combine apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Shake well to mix.
