  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.

  2. Gradually add in vegetable oil and warm water, stirring until a sticky dough forms.

  3. Knead the dough for 5-6 minutes, then let rest for 10 minutes.

  4. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Roll out the dough to your desired size and shape, then transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
