How To Make Benihana Hibachi Vegetables Recipe
A delicious and healthy Japanese-style stir-fried vegetable dish.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 broccoli head, separated into florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add sesame oil and swirl it around to coat the bottom of the pan.

Add the zucchini, onions, carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir-fry for another minute until the sauce is evenly distributed and vegetables are coated.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
