Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, water, sugar, garlic, ginger, and green onions. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil.

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

When the pan is hot, add salmon fillets. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned.

Pour the soy sauce mixture over the salmon. Add butter and let it melt.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
