- 4 lobster tails, split
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat grill or griddle.

Brush lobster tails with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill lobster tails for 4-5 minutes on each side.

In a separate pan, sauté onions, zucchinis, and carrots until tender.

Add soy sauce and butter to the vegetables and mix well.

Serve lobster tails with vegetables and rice on the side.
