Ingredients
- 4 cups of water
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sake
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, carrot, celery, and green onions. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the water, soy sauce, sake, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
