How To Make Baja Fresh Fish Burrito Recipe
A delicious and fresh burrito filled with grilled fish, rice, beans, and veggies.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb of white fish fillets
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- 1/2 tsp of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 1/2 cup of black beans
- 1/2 cup of corn
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Guacamole and salsa for serving
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan.

Brush fish fillets with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Grill fish for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Cook rice according to package instructions.

Heat black beans and corn in a separate saucepan.

Warm tortillas in the microwave or on the grill.
