How To Make Arnaud’s Shrimp Remoulade Recipe
A tangy, creamy shrimp dish with a hint of spice.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups mixed greens
Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and no longer translucent. Drain and set aside to cool.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.

Add cooled shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat with the remoulade sauce.

Divide mixed greens onto 4 plates and top with shrimp remoulade mixture.

Serve chilled.
