- 8 prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

Push the prawns to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the other side.

Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the edges are set.

Sprinkle chopped spring onions over the eggs and prawns.

Fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until fully set.
