How To Make Vegan Maple Pecan Pie Granola

Enjoy the flavors of a classic pecan pie in granola form with this easy recipe. It’s tossed with oats, sugar, and maple, then spiced with cinnamon.

  • 2cupsold fashioned rolled oats
  • ½cuppure maple syrup
  • ¼cupbrown sugar
  • ½cuppecan pieces
  • 2tbspvegetable oil,or melted coconut oil
  • ¾tspground cinnamon
  • tspsalt


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Spray large baking sheet w/ nonstick spray.

  2. Combine all ingredients and stir until all the oats are evenly coated.

  3. Spread onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

  4. Allow to cool completely (air will help it get crunchy) and enjoy!
