How To Make No-Bake Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
The best granola bars to make are ones that are no-bake, soft and chewy, and loaded with with chocolate chips, peanut butter, and oats!
In a medium bowl combine oats and cereal; set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine the coconut oil, honey and brown sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add the peanut butter and vanilla and stir until mixture is smooth.
Pour over the oat mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Press the mixture into a 8×8-inch baking pan. Top with mini chocolate chips and press down slightly.
Allow to set for several hours or until firm. Cut into 10 bars.
Serve and enjoy!
