
How To Make Gingerbread Granola
Our flavorful gingerbread granola is loaded with tasteful spices, making them the perfect breakfast meal! Whip these up in just under an hour.

Ingredients
- 4cupsold-fashioned rolled oats
- 1½cupsraw pecans,and/or walnuts
- 1¾tspfine-grain sea salt
- 1tspground cinnamon
- 1tspground ginger
- ½cupcoconut oil,melted, or olive oil
- ⅓cupreal maple syrup
- ¼cupmolasses
- 1tspvanilla extract
- ½cupcoconut flakes,unsweetened, optional
- ⅓cupdried cranberries,chopped
- ⅓cupginger,candied, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a half-sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, nuts, salt, cinnamon and ground ginger. Stir to combine.

Stir in the oil, maple syrup, molasses and vanilla.

Turn the granola out onto the prepared pan, then use a large spoon to spread it in an even layer.

Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.

Top with coconut flakes, then stir up the mixture for the granola to cook evenly.

Return the pan to the oven to bake for 8 to 11 more minutes, or until the granola is lightly golden on top.

Top the granola with the chopped cranberries and candied ginger.

Let the granola cool, then breaking it into pieces.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
