How To Make Apple & Blueberry Bircher
Not only is it healthy, granola is the perfect breakfast food when you want a recipe that’s easy and simple to whip up. Pair your granola with yogurt or snack on them like you would regular cereals to give yourself the breakfast of champions.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 apple, grated
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a bowl, combine rolled oats and apple juice. Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the oats to soak.

Add Greek yogurt, grated apple, blueberries, chopped nuts (if using), honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into 4 serving bowls or jars.

Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the oats to soften.
