Whether breakfast, snack, or post-workout bite, these no-bake granola bars are a deliciously great way to up your daily fiber and antioxidant intake.

  • ½cupbutter
  • ½cuphoney
  • 1cupbrown sugar
  • cupsoats,preferably large flake
  • cupsRice Krispies
  • 1cupcoconut
  • 3cupsnuts,mixed seeds, dried fruit, raisins, etc.


  1. Combine butter, honey and brown sugar in a large pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil.

  2. Once it begins to bubble, stir in remaining ingredients. Continue to cook over medium heat for about 8 to 10 minutes or until browned.

  3. Firmly press into a 9×13-inch pan lined with parchment paper.

  4. Cool completely and cut into bars.
