Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins, split and lightly toasted
  • 8 slices of crispy bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter to coat the pan.

  2. Crack the eggs into the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

  3. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the eggs, cheese, and bacon on the bottom half of the English muffin and top with the other half.

  4. Serve immediately.
