How To Make Egg White Breakfast Bites
Eggs for breakfast. Need we say more? There’s no denying that this ingredient is a staple in most people’s morning diets. There’s a good reason behind it, too. Aside from being protein and nutrient-packed, you don’t need to do much in order to make them taste delicious! Ingredients
- 8 egg whites
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced spinach
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a bowl, whisk together the egg whites, salt, and pepper.

Divide the diced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and spinach evenly among the muffin cups.

Pour the whisked egg whites over the vegetables in the muffin cups, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the egg whites are set and slightly golden.

Allow the breakfast bites to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
