How To Make Cereal-Crusted Chicken Nuggets

These chicken nuggets are coated in cereal for a crunchy and delicious twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into nugget-size pieces
  • 2 cups of your favorite cereal, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a shallow dish, mix crushed cereal, salt, and pepper.

  3. In a separate shallow dish, whisk eggs.

  4. Dip each chicken nugget into the egg mixture, then coat with the cereal mixture.

  5. Place the nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
