  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup bananas, ripe, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup buttermilk biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, can use pecans, chopped


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F.

  2. Cream sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in banana and eggs. 

  3. Add biscuit mix and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until done. Cool before slicing.
