Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Slice the French bread loaf into wedges, but do not cut all the way through. Leave the bottom of the loaf intact.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and melted butter.

  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the bread, making sure to get between the slices.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the bread, pressing it into the slices.

  6. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is crispy.

  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

  8. Serve the cheesy garlic bread wedges hot and enjoy!
