How To Make Baked Lobster Tails

- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Use kitchen scissors to carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center, leaving the tail fan intact.

Gently lift the lobster meat from the shell and place it on top of the shell.

In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the seasoned butter mixture over the lobster meat.

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Serve the lobster tails with fresh lemon wedges and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
