How To Make Full English Shakshuka

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 sausages, sliced
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.

Add minced garlic, sliced sausages, and chopped bacon to the skillet. Cook until sausages are browned and bacon is crispy.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Make wells in the mixture and crack eggs into each well. Cover the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your liking.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
