  • 2 baguettes
  • 4 eggs
  • cup cheese
  • Bacon bits, as desired
  • Chives, chopped, as desired
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper together.
  3. Hollow out the baguettes by cutting a circle and pulling out the bread inside. Pour egg mixture into the baguettes.
  4. Bake these for about 20 minutes in the oven. Once done, let it cool and sprinkle with bacon bits and chives before serving!
