Ingredients
- 2 baguettes
- 4 eggs
- ⅓ cup cheese
- Bacon bits, as desired
- Chives, chopped, as desired
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper together.
- Hollow out the baguettes by cutting a circle and pulling out the bread inside. Pour egg mixture into the baguettes.
- Bake these for about 20 minutes in the oven. Once done, let it cool and sprinkle with bacon bits and chives before serving!
