Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds
- 1 pound British beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the thinly sliced British beef to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove the baguette slices from the oven and rub one side with the minced garlic.

Place a slice of British beef on each baguette slice and sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.

Return the crostini to the oven for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
