- 4 slices of baguette
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup peach chutney
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, until crisp and golden.

In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, peach chutney, curry powder, sliced almonds, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
